Duitsland is hiermee het eerste land dat deze verplichting uit de nieuwe EU-richtlijn betreffende consumentenrechten in nationale wetgeving vertaalt. Duitse onlineverkopers met een Nederlandstalige website kunnen de bestelknoppen bijvoorbeeld van de tekst \u2018Bestelling met betalingsverplichting\u2019 voorzien.<br \/>\nIn Nederland is de nieuwe bestelknop nog niet verplicht.
